What will you do?
In this role you are the contact person on the floor for goods receipt. You report to the Tribelead Logistics (our Warehouse Manager) and work closely with your fellow Team Leads for Outbound and Returns to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Floor management: You coach, motivate, and guide your team of 4 to 8 staff. You are visibly present and work alongside them when needed.
• WMS management (Picqer): You ensure error-free goods receipt. You enforce strict scan discipline and solve administrative differences in the system immediately.
• Planning & Forecast: You make the staff schedule (using Dyflexis), planning 4 to 6 weeks ahead to handle busy periods.
• Process control: You coordinate with Purchasing to ensure physical receipt of orders matches administrative processing smoothly.
Who are we looking for?
We seek a practical leader who takes action, brings calm to the busy environment, and keeps overview between racks.
• Experience: You have experience in logistics and are ready for the next step or you already have experience as (assistant) team leader.
• Level: You have MBO+/HBO work and thinking level.
• Hands-on mentality: You are analytical enough to make a schedule but enjoy being physically present in the warehouse most of the day.
• Communication: You are a team player who communicates easily with your own team and fellow team leads.
