Store Employee Alkmaar Weekend

Do you get energy from advising people on all products related to running? Or in other words, do you also breathe 'running'? Then we are looking for you at All4running!

As a store employee, you will be part of an innovative store concept in Alkmaar. Together with your colleagues, you provide the best product advice and ensure that customers leave the store satisfied. You have knowledge about running and know how to convey this in a friendly manner to the customer! See below how we work in our stores:

What will you be doing?

You help customers find their new running shoes, using our 'Shoe Advisor' you determine which shoe is the perfect match for the customer. You are also up to date on the latest trends and models in the running scene. Additionally, you and your colleagues ensure that the store always looks neat and presentable. This inspiring environment contributes to the best possible store results!

Who are we looking for?

As a sales assistant, your goal is to provide optimal advice to help the customer achieve his or her goals. You have excellent social skills, are commercially oriented, and service-oriented. In addition, we ask the following from you:

• Good command of the Dutch and English language

• You are a runner and active in the regional running scene

• Available between 8 and 16 hours per week

• Preferred days: Thursday evening (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM), Saturday (9:30 AM – 5:00 PM), Sunday (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

• A competitive salary that matches your experience. The salary range is from € 2,545 to € 3,016 gross per month (from 21 years old, based on a 38-hour workweek)
