As a logistics employee in the returns department, you are the indispensable link in our customer satisfaction. You ensure that returned sports items are carefully assessed and quickly available again for the next athlete. You like to roll up your sleeves and work in a responsible and accurate manner.
What will you be doing?
On the Returns department, no day is the same. Your focus is on the entire process of incoming packages:
Receiving goods: You receive the returns and unpack them carefully.
Quality control: You assess whether the running shoes or sportswear are still in top condition.
Administrative processing: You correctly book the items in our system so that the customer quickly gets their money back.
Preparing products for sale: You ensure that everything is neatly packaged and labeled again.
Storing goods: You return the checked items to the correct place in the warehouse.
Order and neatness: Together with your team, you keep the returns department clear and organized.
Who are we looking for?
Due to our growth, we are looking for two new colleagues for 20 - 24 hours per week each. You have an eye for detail, work in a structured way, and are a real team player who is not afraid of (sudden) busyness.

A competitive salary that matches your experience. The position is classified in Salary Group A of the CAO Retail Non-Food, with a salary range of € 2,444 to € 2,764 gross per month (from 21 years, based on a 38-hour workweek).

Job requirements
The ability to learn job requirements for various industries.
The ability to scan large quantities of resumes.
Proven experience working on a complete recruitment cycle.
Thorough knowledge of various interview and selection processes.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
Excellent oral and written communication in French and English.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant fields.
