What will you do?
As Manager Logistics, you are the central point of contact for the logistics department. You ensure the stability of the current operation and anticipate the organization's growth.
Coaching Leadership: You coach, support, and develop the team leaders (Inbound, Outbound, and Returns) so that they can run their departments independently.
Team Management: You monitor the overall course of affairs in the present and translate future growth and organizational developments into practical logistics needs.
Overall Monitoring: You analyze the performance, occupancy, and lead times of orders, returns, and incoming goods at a high level. You flawlessly translate these insights into concrete actions and structural improvements.
Internal Collaboration & Coordination: Logistics does not stand alone. You continuously coordinate and align processes closely with the teams of Purchasing, Data, Marketing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to optimize the chain.
HR & Planning: Together with the team leaders, you oversee staff planning and support in recruitment, onboarding, and absenteeism.
Facility & Budget: You manage warehouse budgets, approve purchase invoices, and ensure that logistical necessities are ordered in a timely manner.
Safety & Maintenance: You ensure compliance with the OSH regulations and maintain the maintenance schedules of our equipment.
Who are we looking for?
You are a pragmatic connector who firmly stands with feet on the ground but can also look beyond today's walls.
Level: You have at least HBO level of education and at least 5 years of experience in a logistics or similar managerial role.
Vision & Execution: You have a keen eye for necessary process optimizations and the scalability of the warehouse for future growth.
Competencies: You are analytical, organized, and have strong communication skills in the Dutch language.
Flexibility: Logistics never stops. You are flexible in your working hours and are also available for evening and weekend shifts.
Personality: You have a proactive, solution-oriented attitude and bring calm, overview, and team spirit to the floor.

2. A market-conform all-in gross monthly salary that matches your experience. The salary range is from € 3,400 to € 4,779 gross per month (from 21 years old, based on a 38-hour workweek).

4. Good secondary conditions: Travel allowance (from 12.5 km) and a home working allowance of € 2.40 per day.
