What will you be doing?
As Teamlead Outbound, you are responsible for the timely and error-free shipment of all customer orders.
• Deadline Management: You ensure that the shipping deadlines of 23:00 are unconditionally met.
• Productivity: You manage the pick-pack rate and productivity per FTE by being visibly present on the floor.
• Capacity Planning: You create the staff schedule in Dyflexis based on order volumes and marketing forecasts.
• Shift Leadership: You are the point of contact during operations and are willing to work at least one evening shift and one weekend shift. The evening shift is from 14:45 to 23:15.
Who are we looking for?
For this role, we are looking for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Level: You have an MBO+/HBO level of education with experience in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Analytical: You are used to steering based on output data and are proficient with WMS systems (experience with Picqer is a plus).

• Team Spirit: You know how to inspire your team and create ownership of the collective output.
